This torrent violates Nyaa rules but it is now a year old.  Even if Nyaa deleted it there's no reason to believe the torrent author would create a new torrent a year later.

As to this current page, what AT says is:
"Expired links do NOT get reuploaded as files are deleted after we process them"

So AT won't be making new links for this.  And their longer term Direct links are crossed out and unavailable.  The NZB link at the top of this page however means AT uploaded this to Usenet and it is available there.  Wiki Usenet for info on that storage system.

Aside from Usenet or some helpful person, you've probably missed out on the opportunity for this torrent.

Yes, this server istn't working 24/7. Maybe some home server or [thousand other reasons here]. Maybe it's unreliable, because it's a ISP from Bangladesh (according to IP/whois).
Currently it's up and kicking. Deal with it or leave it.
