You must download the .srt file and put in the same folder with the video.
.srt usually low quality subtitle (in typesetting of course).

it is.. tried Different codexs and players not working for me. mainly use VLC. what do you Use?

I use MPC-HC from K-Lite Codec, I don't know whether VLC can support external subtitle.
I think proper player should have option for loading external subtitle, so maybe you could digging more about VLC options?
If there isn't any, you could remux the video using mkvmerge, it's easy, just open the GUI, select the video and subtitle, and output it.

The option for subtitle track should be intuitively understandable I think, or you could just tried one by one. It won't damage original file and remuxing only take short time, feel free to experiment with it ;)

Yes VLC does support external subtitle files.

For it to work automatically both the movie file and the srt must be in the same folder and have matching names upto the extension (movie1.mkv movie1.srt). Make sure the srt file is uncompressed if it was zip'd or rar'd. To do it manually right click on the video image and choose "Subtitle" -> "Add Subtitle File".

Ah Mendokusai....

I mainly use KCP (Kawaii Codec Pack).

Here I changed the subs from .srt to an .ass file hopes it helps.

I haven't watched it yet, but it wouldn't surprise me. This was a early release. I expect Commie and others will release BD versions with some subs editing. BD release of ep 4 is scheduled for Sept 24, 2014, according to AniDB.
