But why (1280x720 HEVC2 AAC) (it has no name, so I call it this way) has stopped encoding this anime (and also others) half way?! Too bad ( -_- )

These HEVC encodes have the same image quality while they're half in size compared to HS.

This particular encoder does 12bit and it doesn't work for a lot of devices.
Doing 12 bit from 8 bit sources is really stupid, it doesn't do anything more than 10bit does.
