The encoder probably ran something get rid of banding (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colour_banding#:~:text=Colour%20banding%20is%20a%20subtle,banding%20is%20an%20undesired%20artifact.) and "improve" the video quality. Please read the description on the Nyaa page.
