About upscale. Yeah, nobody knows the original source, but:
* 1024x576p is a native DVD resolution, often used for R2.
* I consider it unlikely, that someone does upscales 480p => 576p. I've personally never seen one. Factor 1.5 is more sane.
* I didn't notice typical upscale effects, like seen here: https://animetosho.org/view/kuro-ultim...ac.n922891
* The encode has some glitches, but for me, they're the expected result of using CRF 21.

You sure you want to wait some more? The ogm link still available, if you wait longer to give up, even that might gone as well.
