Purely IMO, but RickyHorror [RH] for anything you can get, and then you can grab ForLazyAss for the rest. They're all sourced from the same place, Ricky's fonts/layout are a bit nicer though.

RH uses eXmendiC's encode which is CR based with the uncensored AT-X scenes spliced in.
While FLA uses straight AT-X video via Ohys' encode.
