Just found out the third episode came out and is subbed, does anyone have a link for it?

AniDB says a group called "TSDX" released ep 3, TSDX says it has not. I don't see any torrent for ep3 on Nyaa yet.

The source of your intel might be the best lead.

Here's what Google says TSDX says in their latest update:
"You are looking for episode 3? For it is not yet. How? Simple: the date of this writing, there are no subtitles in any language we can understand here. Nor fandubs sources we are using: Latino groups waiting for the subtitled versions to work. Please do not ask for when we have dubbed episode 3, is When It's Ready ™. However, if looking at the lot (in the folder "extras"), found him as he came on the DVD (both with Japanese subtitles and clean video), if anyone is encouraged to ask the second ;)"
