Unwanteddubfan, if you re-encode this in AV1 or HEVC to cut the size in half while preserving quality, not only will the admin probably let this through, but you'll be doing God's work. This release does look objectively the best but that file size is atrocious. At 720p you should easily be able to get that file size down below 700Mb per episode with AV1 or HEVC without losing quality.

Every coalgirls encode were shit quality. Most were bitstarved to hell.
Only Tenshi bloated things and Tenshi couldn't encode for shit either.

No way in hell is ~800 MB an episode "the filesize of 1080p" as if resolution alone can somehow dictate filesize.
