Actually, there's practically no such thing as a broken torrent. They are qualified torrents manually stopped to please personal preferences. I think he should take responsibility when he does this and admin should comment on this practice

Usually the batches are skipped because Erai has their own DDL. Resources are valuable here.

My comment would probably be somewhere along the lines of not liking baseless accusations. Also that everyone has personal preferences, so I don't really see the problem.

The v2 episode 21-24 are the On-Air versions, not the Director's Cut. Also they've at least got Fry Me To The Moon.
