The system is designed to give priority to new shows, but there are some complications today. Sorry about that.

It may be 4 hours or more until the queue involved clears its current list of shows.

Probably due to the increased number of shows this season, plus more releases in general, the server's upload is pretty much maxed out all the time, these days unfortunately.
I'm thinking of dropping Sendspace upload (does anyone really use it?), which could reduce the upload bandwidth somewhat.

I haven't used sendspace for years, I more or less stick with whatever the current fast ones are, then look around to switch if they slow down. In recent years its been Solid, Anon, Click, and Free, but its great to have as many options aspossible for when the man starts playing whackamole.

Zippy still not available in the UK, and still no word as to why.

Due to heavy free usage limitations dropping Sendspace makes sense for me.

I have never used it because it's basically useless!

Horriblesubs put the onus on speed, getting the release done asap, meaning it was a simple straight rip from the stream source,usually unchecked prior to release. This became the benchmark with a lot of groups, and anime fans now expect a release practically in real time.
Conversly, Erai put some effort into checking over the show prior to release, often tweaking the subs, sometimes adding an honorifics etc. This takes time, so their releases often lagged behind the speedsters.
With the recent abdication from the role of goto subbers by Horrible, a lot of people looked to Erai as they are pretty solid and consistant, and to their credit they have been engaging with users on their website, and have upped their game to cope with the demand.
They now do a version zero on a lot of shows, basically an unchecked version, which is released almost straight away. Thankfully they are still doing their tweaked versions too, and those come out a few hours later, or the following day.

Thanks for the comment. The question here, I assumed, was why 6 hours after we downloaded the torrent the ddl weren't available yet.
