Did you ever hear of tastes?
There are quite the lot of ppl who do prefer english voices. I dont like them too but who am I to judge.
There are also many ppl who dont mind the bits used on the dub.
If you're still unsatisfied with it, its easy to remove a language. Or you'll simply wait on a release without, there sure will be.
If even that is not enough you have to your brain-cells and realize that those releases arent made only for you but simply shared for those interested. You could go and look elsewhere, I know some release jpn bd releases fast but dunno if there are ones with encodes to match your needs, and generally they arent as easy access as AT.

Easiest and most appropriate is to set your language preferences in your media player and get your desired playback by default.
