The "series" is incorrect. It's "Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato Hen" not "Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yuukaku Hen".

Unfortunately, future episodes, as long as they're tagged 'S03', will likely get mistagged and need manual intervention.

yep it's cause ember incorrectly tagged it season 3 when it's season 4, so automation puts it with entertainment district.

For clarity, it seems that whether this is season 3 or 4 is contested. AniDB labels it as season 4, and correct or not, we generally follow whatever they do.
Until everyone settles on a standard, it's probably better for uploaders to just use the season name over an ambiguous numbering scheme.
