Original Sailor Moon aired circa 1994 and there was NTSC color TV back then, i.e. 480 usable lines but the anime barely used half that resolution, more like 244px. What sense does it make to upscale to Full HD then (unless someone has invented a Banach-Tarski paradox based re-encoder for quantum computers)?
