Not working on MPC Home Cinema for some reason.

It's MKV (AVC+AAC), so MPC-HC should have no problem playing it.

Install K-Lite Codec Pack Mega which have MPC-HC embedded. It's good practice to have PotPlayer(or VLC) installed too.

If you still can't watch the video, maybe your hardware is too weak to play such videos.
