At the website the author says:

"...we released a silent revision of this episode. It fixes a few typos we found to be glaring enough to require fixing, and since we decided to re-release this episode anyway, we decided to re-encode the video using our newly discovered method of removing the “TV Asahi” logo in the top right corner.

We will be using this logo removal method in all our releases from this point on, but thought this episode was special enough to remove the annoying logo from it now."

Putting documentation in comments is not ideal.  It's easy to miss.

A "silent revision" is an interesting concept.  I think governments have begun doing a lot of that lately.

But I'm just happy to get the anime, however it happens.
