most players are unable to play the video. only getting audio

For me, audio, video and subs are fine using either Potplayer or the KLite pack.  To try them look up their websites in Wikipedia.

Oh yeah, Chinese again?  The issue here is the AV1 video codec.  I believe any modern player can use it by now, but if you have an old player that can't be updated, you're probably stuck.  Most like in this example will note in the file name when it is AV1 so you can avoid them.
