TokyoTosho have been having hard drive crashes, and they've been working around this by simply rolling back to an old backup. This means that they lose, in this case permanently, everything that was submitted after the backup they restored. If I wanted a perfect sync, I would also delete everything in line with how they've rolled back, but I'm unwilling to do this.
The problem is that IDs of items are meant to never duplicate, however, since they've rolled back, their last ID has also been rolled back, causing new uploaded stuff to overwrite old IDs (that no longer exist).

Doki's Tari Tari 08: http://tokyotosho.info/details.php?id=555852
You should see that it has an ID of 555852. This ID has already been taken by the system here.

So to answer your question, it would be this specific file.

Thanks for the explanation.  I think I get it now.  But what ancient OS are they using anyways, or don't they know how to use it?  A big chunk of modern net/os systems at the enterprise level deal with precisely the issue of integrating backups and subsequent data without overwrites or loss.  Businesses couldn't tolerate it.

If I assume TT is being run out of some kid's house on a server located under the kid's bed using money from his paper route, I guess I would chill out and be thankful for whatever works whenever it does.  So I will assume that.  And in that case, it's rather a remarkable achievement!  Thanks Sweden, you're amazing!

I would assume they're using a periodic backup (eg make a copy of the database every day or few days). To minimise loss, they'd have to use a continuous backup solution (or just increase the frequency of their periodic backups).
I wouldn't consider them enterprise level, and in fact, for them, I doubt it's much of a loss anyway - they just miss a few days' worth of submissions is all.

The Doki 720p Tari Tari is missing the following which is present in the 720p Doki Dog Days:

Tier 3

But it is at TT, if that helps...

I left Doki a note.  See if this episode pops up here soon on it's own.
