I don't want IRC because it need to be pay for long time use and it can't be easily pause like normal download. My internet not really fast and it's not stable. That's why I'm asking if someone can reupload this to fast and free file hosting.

If your connection is not stable, your best bet is torrent. You can always continue whenever you want, there will be no chance of corrupted files unless the source itself already corrupted.
If you are worried about the seeder, Doki have page to request re-seeding. Just ask over there they will re-seed it for you.

Doki use server US :( My ISP has trouble connection with other than Asia right now. Their announce that this cabling issues will be done fixed at this 31 March. Downloading using torrent usually 300~500KB/s but now it's 0~12KB/s. It's damn slow. Pls. Can someone reupload this? Downloading from WhyNot ddl also has same issues. Only Uptobox and SolidFiles are working like usual right now.

Then use a free IRC client instead of using a commercial one and then complaining about the cost.

Some good and common free ones: Chatzilla (Firefox addon), Hexchat, KVirc.
