df68 sseason torrents have all been previously processed by AT.

Wikia: One Piece was animated in 16:9 aspect ratio from episode 207, But DVD release for episode 207-229 is actually cropped 4:3 version instead. DVDrips made from rental dvds are also in 4:3.

I think one problem is this torrent is 32GB, the last was 22GB.  When you move a torrent into the 30's, I think it becomes a problem, even if the number of eps is different.  I don't know why folks are making bigger torrents all the time, moving some of us into seedbox land, instead of cutting them up into nice sized chunks like they used to.

The vast majority of release groups do not make torrent size based on what AnimeTosho will fetch.
Most groups release torrents for torrent users and don't care if AnimeTosho will fetch it or not.
