The "32gb rule" is that select files are automatically fetched.  If a torrent has not automatically been fetched, the "rule" does not apply.

It is smarter to just ask for what you want, not try to assert some right to get it.

It's also smart to not pile 7 such requests on top of each other at once, I would say.
