does someone know what happened with DeadFish? there aren't any uploads of Nanatsu no Taizai lately.

Probably because Chyuu is stalled at episode 16. I imagine thats where Deadfish re-encode from.

On the Chyuu site - For everyone waiting for NanTai 17, I’m currently dealing with some personal stuff. No ETA on 17 sorry.
Also on Chyuu site - It’s not dropped. 17 and 18 are being worked on.

Download FedSubs, they do decent job, and it's improved.
Not to mention it's faster. (Ohys-Raws is the fastest, if you can handle Japanese, you should wait about each Sunday 08:00-09.00 PM Japan time, it's usually released around that time)

I'm used to watch and collect two versions, FedSubs and Chyuu, but after Chyuu used Meliodazu instead of Meliodaafu (while it's very obviously written Meliodaafu in preview corner), I opt to collect FedSubs only.
I'm quite picky about name.

yeah I too, but if you start with Deadfish or another like FedSubs, then it's not good to change it with another, at least that's my opinion. I can still wait and it would be good, if they continue, even if it takes time.

I can think of several examples where it has taken from 3 months to 3 years after a show has been broadcast for fansubs to finish a series. And sometimes never. You should take what you can get now, and watch it or save it. A few months from now, it may be hard to get anything at all.

The 3 year example: Nyaa Blue A+ when it finally came out. Just because of who.
