Apart from translating the signs and some word effects, the only real difference in this translation from the 11v1 one is "You eat ramen when you're using your noodle." I guess this statement was changed because it is totally WRONG! You eat instant ramen when you are vegging out into some kind of total tard dissociative fugue state.
This episode has the girls going ga-ga in orgasmic glee over ramen and fried pork cutlet sandwiches. Just once I would have liked to have seen them eat something and responded, "This tastes like low-grade cat food. What sub-moronic simpleton threw together this disaster?"
And as for the little plaques tied to the shrine at 14:44, the translators showed great restraint (or they just were not bold enough) in not writing goofy or controversial translations on some of them ("DeadFish rules OK" "HorribleSubs sucks", or "Sink, China, and all your minions!" "Senkaku Islands are ours!")

FYI, DeadFish doesn't do any translation.

DeadFish now translate aswell? Seriously? -_-

They only re-encode dude, from mkv to mp4. The translations are done by other fansub groups. By the wy, deadfish are re-encoding two different fansub groups for this release...

The v1's are commie's release & the v2's are caffine's.

Interesting! I liked the way Caffeine did the translations of screen items (letters, signs, audio effects, etc.), but Commie's translation of the noodle/soba gag seemed more accurate.
Which translator does the best job?

It is the group that you prefer.
When you learn/know Japanese better, you'll prefer to watch raw for most of times.
