create a new text file, input

copy /b "1.001"+"2.002" "[DeadFish] High School DxD New - 13 - OVA [BD][1080p][AAC].mp4"

Either replace 1.001 and 2.002 with the filename of the parts, or easier simply rename the parts to that.

Save the file and rename it with a .bat extension.

Executing that file (Double click or right click run) will copy the content from the files connected with a + (in case something has more parts) in sequential order into the source file specified at the end.

Woops, destination not source file at the end.

And that bat file needs to be in the same folder as the parts are. The new file will be in the same folder aswell.

I'm sorry guys, but I don't get it too, seems like Trini is not the only one.
the best would be to give us a jheberg link with a full file and not with 2 parts, this is much easier for us.

To join files:
1. Install 7-zip  http://www.7-zip.org/
(very well known, widely used, safe)
2. Right-click on part 001, select "7-zip, Extract here"  7-zip will find and join all the parts into one file.

Special case: AnonFiles and some others start as rar for certain reasons.  Extract the rars, then as above.

Generally, file-splitting is due to size limits at the download services.
