The rule quoted was from Anidex.

The reason for the rule, in case anyone wonders, is because who is going to go to the effort to make new original releases if someone (Zach) is allowed to peel off their name off their work and paste Zack on the file names instead.  Zack is bad for our future.  And how sick in the head does someone have to be to want to do something like this.
