The nzb file is missing the closing </nzb> tag. Add this and then it will work.

Dang - must've been running a buggy version of the uploader when this was processed.
Checked all NZBs generated in the past few months - you picked up two of the three bad NZBs (all generated around the same time).

It looks like the upload actually succeeded, just the NZB got cut off during the write.
So perhaps try your luck with an external indexer:
