I don't see anything wrong with this (subs, preview pictures), but it was an anon TT submission, not Commie.

It's still from Commie it's just they just submitted the one from Bakabt http://bakabt.me/172740-magical-girl-l...ommie.html and not the one from Nyaa's

I would say the one "by" Commie that was released some months ago. Not "from" Commie in the sense of an unauthorized submission, according to TT.

But crc matches the original release by Commie.
