Question, is this anime or the original manga an ecchi, or the fanservice are there and presented in a non sexualized manner because it is made only for adult?

I think it would be hard to say at this point since it hasn't aired yet.

This is what ANN says:

The anime will adapt Yokoyari's entire manga from start to finish. The manga will end on March 25.
Yokoyari's manga is also getting a live-action series adaptation that will premiere on Fuji TV on January 18. The live-action series will also adapt the entire manga.
