But again, those links are meant to be kept in that forum to decrease the chance of getting dmca.
Links shared on public sites tend to get dmca faster.

You seem to be ignorant about how things work and DMCA.
Some idiots reposted Kametsu MEGA links to a public forum and soon thousands of MEGA links where DMCA'd.
Those links had been good for almost 2 years and the original uploader didn't want to spend the time to reupload them, plus he didn't have all of the files any more.
It's a common sense thing to not repost stuff to public forums/sites that you got from a place you had to join to get the links from.
