It seems you have a grudge and no idea how things works! It's the same link posted on their websites. Links are behind two other pages with captchas. Bots doesn't do that way (to dig in and solve captcas) and anyone who reported those links (if that's the case which I really doubt) could go to their sites and report all the links there. If you are posting links for files they should be your own links and not the links used by the release group.
Using the groups links just makes it easier for them to have the files removed.

So, at the end of the day, Cleo closed their website (like many other anime groups) to migrate to Discord because it's much easier and cheaper to administer a Discord channel than running a website and deal with domain name and host fees and other technical issues.

Just like many smaller businesses that solely operate from Instagram or Telegram and don't have any website, many anime groups are using Discord nowadays. They're using Discord because it's easier and cheaper not because their files got removed from Mega.

They were using Discord and the website. The website was for the ddl links. There was no point to keeping the website running after they got tired of having to reupload files that had be DMCA'd.
They don't offer ddl anymore because of the hassles of reuploading.
