If you grab this you can use MKVToolNix to change the audio and subtitle default tracks. Only weebs make JP audio the default on a dual audio release.
A faithful weeb wouldn't even have the Eng audio or ordered chapters..

lol when i said weeb i didn't mean the usual meaning that everyone, including me, is aware of. As is often the case with releases that are released after english dub is available, they aren't made - one for weebs and one for non weebs. It's just one matroska file with tracks in multiple languages. Now if the mkv creator decided to have jpn audio / full subs as defaults why cry weeb. Just because eng audio / signs defaults are convenient for your playback doesn't mean you need to call out releases which don't cater to your laziness. Those who prefer jpn audio download multi audio releases because often times these are the best package available. Also this allows that person to easily share the files with someone who prefers eng audio without having to keep multiple versions of same file.
If you don't alter original files then you can reshare it with people who would like untouched files.

You are missing the point, the Japanese dub was put out first so anyone who really prefers the Japanese dub probably already has it. Most people who go after the dual audio are usually after the English dub.
I also don't care about not being able to share the file if I have to change the defaults to suit my needs. If I don't have to change the headers I'll continue to share it. I'd suspect the majority of people really want the English track otherwise they would have grabbed the Japanese dub version to save on disk space and have it before the English dubs come out. The same with using ordered chapters is to save on disk space.
The uploader even mentioned the tag names on the English portion because he knows most are after that.
