Why was the first episode deleted? Was their something wrong with it (file was corrupted or links contained some virus)?

"Takedown request" is kinda vague that's why I've asked cause some of the links seem to be working if you try to access them from the search engine without opening https://animetosho.org/view/chyuu-pas-....n1100061. Or is it just me that gets the "takedown request" message?

I am getting an "error - takedown request" screen when trying to open https://animetosho.org/view/chyuu-pas-...3.n1100061
I can however open the file links that seem to be working if I attempt it directly from the search engine when I try to search for "revue" or like you mentioned "Chyuu-PAS Shoujo".
The first episode file that I mentioned in the opening question was about the first episode of OVA and not the main series batch (which btw also gives me an "error - takedown request" message). Both of them have a rather positive feedback on nyaa which seemed strange to me. I know that lnks expire after 60, 90 days or 1 year depending on hosting websites. However there are some cases when an uploaded file is corrupted or gets infected somehow. That's why I am asking if it is safe to download them despite having a "takedown request" message when opening https://animetosho.org/view/chyuu-pas-...3.n1100061

For which Solidfiles links are still available, if that is the same as the ova.

I've seen this notice before. A "take-down" request is dmca, as per the wiki link above. AT takes down anything with troubles without any requests or notices. I'm sure there were no issues of viruses, malware or corrupted files in this case. For now, you may have to settle for other groups versions, unless those get taken down as well.
