Eps 12 is corrupted, tried with MKV and VLC. Video stop playing at 9.39 untill 10.50

This is what you get by using set-and-forget re-encodes.
I assume, you mean mpv, not MKV. You can see in mpv's console output, there're malformated AAC blocks before the gap and a problem with wrong/unreachable reference frames in the H.265 stream during the gap (maybe just broken time stamps).
BTW, such bugs in releases are easily avoidable using some basic automated QC. Just needs a script which does a batch playback and greps mpv's output for ffmpeg errors/warnings.
