Something wrong near end of the video. The actual video and length play time not in sync. Video is about 24:30 minutes while play time is 26:02 minutes

This the first version.  A second one is always released a couple days later with multiple revisions to subs. timing is tweaked if necessary and the video has been replaced. It has a different codec for the video that restricts its use to pc only.
The trade off for better subs is you can't watch it on anything. Personally, just being able to enjoy better subtitles is enough. I'm all for 8bit avc.  But subs are even more important.
Almost everything has commercial subs from Crunchyroll. Mistakes can be found on everything. There's no way they don't know.   Last week on a show the I heard "Bet-SA-nee" But the subtitles said "Shut Up"
