I downloaded from mega, but why CRC is diff from filename?
The file itself played well and smooth ...

As you know, crc is intended as a check against garbled transmission, which can occur at the upload, download, or due to storage error. But the garble can be as insignificant as a moment of a slight blockiness on the screen.

If it plays end to end, I wouldn't worry about it. But if you are not/have not watched the whole movie, you should consider re-downloading it now, rather than later discover some glitch after these links have expired.

The crc of the one AT downloaded from Nyaa matched the filename, so any errors were not from the torrent author.

I got the correct CRC after downloading it.
You can try using the torrent to repair the file if you can instead of re downloading it.

From my history since '09, i only occur this 2 times. First, LupinxConan [Frostii-DCTP] which i already forgot from what source'coz this happen in years ago, second this Appleseed Alpha [CBM].
After i read Tibb suggest, i do that and works for Lupin, the CRC now is matched.
But Appleseed Alpha not work, i already check everything include force re-check, folder etc, but still not work. The client always try DL from 0%.
I think i must redownload from torrent completely now...
