doesn't work because AniDB, despite giving the series a unique ID, hasn't deigned to declare that it's anime yet. This means it's not possible to search within this series.

IMO, AniDB's is/is-not anime status should be ignored for series like this that have an ID and aren't the "not an anime" entry.

It's always better to rely on word search instead of series.

Just for anyone interested, tagging can help with tracking updates via the series or episodes pages, some may find useful.
Actually, the search also uses AniDB's official name, so the tagging can help with search too.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, for this entry, AniDB doesn't return any info (other than the name) via API, so it's stuck in limbo. I don't have a "is/is-not anime status" that I can simply ignore.

Surely if I open https://animetosho.org/series/pui-pui-molcar.16007 it should do *something* though? It just goes "invalid AID supplied", even though the database here knows about all the files i episodes that have been given that ID?

Would it be possible to have a page that's like the normal ones, just missing the missing information?
