I couldn't find some proper eng_sub release for the predecessor Burn Up Excess (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burn-Up_Excess), but this:

I guess, it's based on a R2 DVD, maybe slightly up-scaled. Video stream looks OK, considering size/quality ratio. AC3 japanese audio track is included (likely a 1:1 copy from DVD) and some spanish dub, no subs at all. There is a sub-rip set floating around for the 13 episodes. This is in usable state (don't expect too exact timing :), except for Ep. 10, which is badly mistimed (grabbed the set from several sources with same result).

So this was done:
* Reedited Ep. 10 subs based on a properly timed russian sub-rip file.
* Remuxed with video, jpn audio and sub-rip included.

Archive is encrypted to prevent contend id (like known from direct Encrypted Download). Use the url (link) oft this batch as pw (just copy it from address bar of the browser, *without* extra tags like #comment...). The four archive parts:

Just choose the first part for unpacking. 7-zip will find the other parts, if they're in the same folder.

I don't intend to put this on some more persistent storage, but if someone wants to, feel free to do so.
