What are you waiting for? Jellyfish and Girls Band Cry animes are airing this season. The latter title is almost unknown among wider audiences, due to being a 3D-CGI series not licensed by any english speaking streaming platform. However it is every bit as much amazing a story as if Kemono Friends went hard rocker in a fit of rage. Do watch JF and GBC now! (Just make sure to avoid those GBC releases with machine-translated JAP-FRAESP-ENG subtitles. Luckily there is now a single-guy team translating subs straight from japanese.)

Yeah, same here, as much as I loved Bocchi when it came out - JF, at least so far, looks even better. GBC gets a lot of hate - personally I think story/music is not bad, so I think it may grow on people in time...
3D/CGI is not great, but considering some of the awful slide-show 2D other series we have I'd rather have then CGI...
Bocchi has made its impact - there's also the risk S2 will not be able to rise to the level of original series...

Girls Band Cry just doesn't do it for me. I love the introvert aspect of Bocchi. For me it's not just the music but the characters as well.
K-On!, BanG Dream, and Show By Rock!! just to name a few others.

Yeah - except her life is far too perfect to be that introverted - nice family, has sibling, nice school - no bullying, no trauma, etc. Just random genetic factor for introversion? And nobody tried to help ever, no councillor, no intervention, no nothing?
Not to mention - her dad did not give her guitar lessons, did not think to get her lessons, no music at school, nothing?

As someone with crippling social anxiety due to lack of all the above - I could not identify with it at all. But yes, great anime otherwise.

Forgot to say - at least GBC does show some reasons - harsh parents, school issues, trust issues - maybe cliches but something. See film 'lonely castle in the mirror' - sexual abuse at home, school/group bullying, death of sibling, living abroad, etc - all reasonable reasons for introversion / social anxiety, etc.

You seem to be mistaken about personality types -_- Introversion isn't something bad that happens to people with bad/traumatic life experiences. For example I'm introverted (INTJ) while I'm like her (have nice family, has sibling, nice school - no bullying, no trauma, etc.).

People respond to things differently though, so you can't really compare living circumstances and make judgements based on that. In Hitori's case, it's shown that she struggled to integrate with her peers from a young age, from which developing social anxiety isn't uncommon. Which is also the issue she faces: social anxiety, NOT being an introvert.

Is this type of discussion really necessary for an "Anime" site ?
I thought this section was for letting the community know if there was any problems with the upload itself. Now it seems to be compared to Facebook or Twitter with being able to post anything you want for free.

New voice: To some extent, all content discussions are spoilers. You auto-cover half the preview pictures to prevent spoilers, would you be willing to do the same with comments? Allow 5 words then the reader has to choose to see the rest of a comment. After all, it's a shame to have unavoidable spoilers for those looking to download a show.

You have a point, though I would be surprised you don't at least read a synopsys/description of a show before download and this kind of discution is somewhat of an exception. I don't think there's anything over show summary here if you view show page here. Having to click "more/show" for each comment would become quite aggravating...

It seems that sometimes this comment section is more like a chat room.
It doesn't help the uploader or the downloader... just some random people needing attention. And spoilers are bad and can't always be filtered.
I would ask the person who wanted to delete everything why does it bother you?

AT used to have a no comments option which prevented all spoilers. I used it most of the time and would again. I was never here for any therapy or anyone else's.

I've added the ability to collapse the whole comment section. Once collapsed, further page loads will default to the same state - hopefully you can use that to hide all comments.

Bocchi The Rock is one of the best music anime next to K-ON that makes me wonder when Syzoen 3 K-ON will be released.

I really enjoyed watching Bocchi The Rock and I hope the next season comes soon.
