I don't think so, since other versions have been posted there.
I suspect it's because one with almost the same size (698.73 MB) but mkv format have been uploaded at nyaa by a trusted user.

let's not get back into that old avi-mkv debate... seriously, there's nothing wrong with an avi post, it's rather nice to have an alternative option, especially since that animetosho post that was shared in the previous message doesn't have a mp4 option anywhere - so what's wrong with having a choice and not being forced to have only mkv's to choose from....... so this avi upload is far from pointless, and should be appreciated.
