I probably got baited, but let me point out everything wrong:
This is official anime, it airs on official simulcasters around the world. It is lewd themed anime, but if you think this is loli porn you're a retard who clearly has no idea what loli porn is.
If you want to go on a retarded moral crusade, going after an automatic reupload site that reuploaded a re-encoded copy of someone else's rip/encode, which in itself is based on video sources from multiple OFFICIAL simulcasters.
So in your dumb attempt:
1. you didn't go after the official source (simulcasts)
2. you didn't even go after the rip (OWO torrent)
3. you didn't even go after the re-encoded rip (blackjaxx torrent)
4. you went after some bot (animetosho) that uploaded 3. good job idiot.

Your attempt is also futile:
1. this isn't loli porn (2D, drawn)
2. loli porn (2D, drawn) isn't illegal in the US, actual photos of real people are, and some pictures that are drawn/rendered in an indistinguishable from or derived from real life illegal content. it may be legally ambiguous depending on what part of the world you look at and the legal fine print for fiction is complicated. most people have nothing to worry even if they live in some nazi state that prosecutes for thoughtcrimes, and even if they got that unlucky, they usually won't end up in buttfucking prison for having seen fictional drawn characters, cartoons, having sex.

You think tosho is a short for "to show", rather than tosho, rather it's 図書 【としょ】, which is japanese for 'book' or sometimes 'library', most likely a hint at it being in similar nature to tokyotosho, a torrent aggregator that used to be the standard for releasing fansubs and pirated anime, while animetosho mirrors that and other torrent sites and reuploads it automatically.

This isn't about legal or not.  Sites get de-listed by reputation and accusations.  AT can't swagger on the beach, it survives by hiding in the grass.  No court actions are necessary to kill sites, and such sites could never go to court to complain.

It will be interesting to see what response there is to this at the end.  I think the model of a heavily censored version for general 'broadcast' and a less censored version for pay services, followed by a BD works in Japan, unless the BD is not allowed in the normal distribution channels which would kill profits.

Being toxic about this doesn't help.

Delisted from what? It doesn't use ads, it's not a site ran for profit, it probably doesn't care about search engine ranking that much. As for hosting, piracy sites are always in hot water, not because of the content bothering some thin skinned individuals, but because of actual legal trouble with running them and other risks, and yet they survive through certain evasive techniques that I will not go into here, but they work well.

As for the content itself, I just watched this episode now, I hadn't seen it at the moment I wrote that "toxic" comment. It was fine, there's hentai people would find a lot more offensive and it's everywhere, as the other anon stated. There's many hentai sites out there (and this show is more anime, than actual porn) with content that that OP would find far more offensive than this cute show, and those sites have been around for many many years, yes, some attempts to "deplatform" a few of them have happened but they have survived. A few for profit ones may have shuttered if they couldn't actually sustain a profit, but for community sites that are ran for the community, usually they remain alive.

After more reflection, I think what ticked me off was that this was the sort of person that watches something random show on some random site that will have just about everything (exhaustive) and it's not to their taste, they throw a tantrum and think that if they found it offensive, someone ("the police" in this case) should do something about it, rather than themselves turning away and not watching that which they found offensive, and thinking they can dictate what other users of the site should be allowed to see. This site is just an indexer, it doesn't discriminate, it's not a primary source or anything, it literally just downloads stuff from torrent sites (the primary source here) and uploads it automatically, it serves as a mirror or a backup. I really don't know what OP thought, that AT is a kid friendly site? PG-13? Official simulcaster? What?

And the other anon is right, this is the sort of person that gets offended at SAO, Goblin Slayer or whatever else like that. They should be ignored, in fact, they should be ignored not just by the pirates, but by the official makers too, instead of bending to the few loud people on twitter that are just trying to find something to complain about, compared to the viewer that has been around for a long while and knows what they want to watch and what they don't and doesn't really want their shows censored just because someone on twitter that lives to find something to be offended about got offended.

So you move to a different registrar or worse, buy a different domain? Look at the countless piracy and porn sites, they do fine, and survive even within the normal clearnet internet. A site lives if the one running the site wants it to continue and has the funds to do so and personal ability to do so, it dies otherwise.
An actually unkillable, decentralized technical solution for DNS censorship would be to use namecoin or make an onion (tor), although that would reduce the users to those using that software.
I don't really believe this site would be in any danger because it automatically mirrored some lewd anime.
As for the other comment on pokemon and porn not mixing, I think the person is new to the internet, go and look at the multitude of boorus and pixiv, you'll find a lot of pokemon porn, plenty well drawn (as well as lots of drawn loli porn!), those sites haven't been deplatformed and they're big enough, so I don't really think this site is any danger for something as harmless as mirroring this show. Maybe someone was under the illusion this is a site for kids?

The source of this torrent (nyaa) doesn't exactly draw those lines (for this show, since it's an official simulcast), there's sukebei, and that's porn, it's just put in the right category. This isn't truly porn though.
Boorus? lots of safe for work art is mixed with porn. I like it this way more. If you don't, you can just make it so it doesn't show explicit/NSFW images. If you really want to make a point, you could request that NSFW stuff be tagged, but this site can't easily do it, because this show is not really aired as porn and this site is an automated reuploader.
