I have to say, for me, this is the version that is most comfortable to watch. It follows the fan sub groups style of the groups that worked on the Index, Railgun, OVAs, and Movies that I viewed. At that time, it was not a style I searched for, just what i downloaded and watched.
So its honorifics and terms i became used to that I feel comfortable with.
I realize that those who watched later DVD based translations and dubs had a different experience that they feel comfortable with.

For those early fans like me, you to may like this version.
