1) This is old and practically has a 0% chance of being fetched on that alone.
2) Fetching "even the attachments" is essentially impossible as you need* the full file for it.

*technically you only need the exact bits of a file that contain anything making up attachments, but given the fact how torrents work (among other factors) this is effectively impossible

The torrent description says it uses the entameSubs and it look at the anime page on AT I beleive all the individual episodes of those were fetched and have attachmemts available. There's no indication this batch has any fixes.

Also download all attachments for 100 ep anime doesn't give the 100 ass files, it gives you 100 copies of the fonts as well.
