and being 8bit this type of anime need a lot more bitrate them 700.

1. The OPs and ENs great.
2. They are often left out by re-encoders that don't know how to handle Coalgirl's ordered chapters, not for any meaningful reason.

You can see the subs in the preview pictures.  You need a better video player.  But if you want anymore help, you'll need to clean up your fucking mouth.
