The last couple of minutes are missing subtitles.

From 21 min 21 sec on, Clear Card-hen #16 has no subtitles
From 21 min 43 sec to 21 min 56 sec, the video screws up a bit when the scene shifts between Mei-Ling and Syoran
Also, the closing sequence has no sound. I am glad to see this subtitled; still, these errors need to be fixed

Furthermore, I'd suggest to check the [HorribleSubs] release, if it already includes this mess. Re-encoders typically just run their script and won't fix the source...
