A better option will probably depend on the qualities you want the most. After comparing them a while ago, I chose the release from anirena for the video quality. But, that one doesn't have dual audio like the one you linked, and I also had to download english subs and retime them.

Thanks for the info.
The screenshots show, what the settings of the smaller HEVC encode suggest. Rather heavy deblocking, which kills small details including optical glitches. This DVD RIP from anirena is better, but I'll stay with the size/quality trade off.
