Lmao, here come the haters yapping in the comments about how much they can’t stand this group. Always the same noise, never any vibes. 😎

They can't be banned unless you stopped uploading functionality like nyaa did.

good luck with that

Anirena and anidex have no issue
03/05/2025 23:34 — Anonymous
That is one of the many reasons why Anidex was removed from here as a source.

"Entry deleted."

Indeed, it was certainly an attempt.

AI subtitling is littlest problem with this anime series, which got hyped much but is quite soulless and poorly received.

Out of Topic bro. Don't talk politics here.
04/05/2025 16:35 — Anonymous
Hey ADMIN you are getting slopy, why did you use "Anonymous" to [Removed] the post and not your admin account? Prety sure what is going on here, pretending to be a user.
04/05/2025 16:47 — Anonymous
What are you on about? When something gets removed it doesn't change the name of who posted it...
You're spewing BS about things you know nothing about.
04/05/2025 16:52 — Anonymous
Huh?
04/05/2025 16:53 — Anonymous
Also there are mods here, not just the admin and they have to be logged in to access their panel. As such their name will appear when they post something but not when they modify someone else's post.
04/05/2025 17:00 — Anonymous
Must be nice pretending to be a user, in other words anyone can pretend to be a modereater or admin.
This is nonsense the post was removed and the only name displayed is 'Anonymous.' Why are you lying?
04/05/2025 17:05 — Anonymous
I am just an anon here and your so called "facts" are BS.
You obviously have never even been a mod on a board otherwise you would know how they work. You can't modify or delete anything without being logged into the control panel.
04/05/2025 17:14 — Anonymous
Thanks for confirming that admins and moderators use 'anonymous' accounts to pretend to be users. How cowardly can someone be to use this type of subterfuge?"
04/05/2025 17:20 — NotAnAnonNow
If a mod or admin is not logged into their control panel they can't modify anything. And you are just spouting a delusional conspiracy theory without any proof of what you are implying.

04/05/2025 18:10 — Anonymous
he proof is there for everyone to see. What is the username of the admin/moderator who deleted the post? As expected, nobody can tell. Why? Because they are using an anonymous account.

I know that you think everything is a conspiracy and that the users are stupid, but I would not assume such things, if i was you.
05/05/2025 00:18 — admin
What is the username of the admin/moderator who deleted the post? As expected, nobody can tell. Why?
Because that info isn't displayed to you.
It has nothing to do with Anonymous comments.

Comments posted as Anonymous could be anyone. Yes, it could be a moderator, though it more than likely isn't. The point of anonymous posting is that you're not supposed to know. Call it 'cowardice' if you prefer, though your own posting as Anonymous doesn't really improve your credibility here.
05/05/2025 00:30 — Anonymous
How about the admin closes this thread?
05/05/2025 22:45 — blackiris
Seems like posting anonymously using a VPN does not work here, because whenever I try to post without logging in it says: "Sorry, posting anonymously from this location is not allowed. If you need to comment, you will need to register an account.".

So it's actually more anonymous to make an account using a VPN, instead of posting "anonymously" with your real IP.
05/05/2025 22:50 — Anonymous
This post is made with my VPN. Maybe some countries are blacklisted because of past problems?
04/05/2025 17:11 *NotAnAnonNow
I saw the post before it was [Removed] and it was posted as Anonymous, not a user name.
If a mod or admin modifies a post it doesn't change the name to the person who modified it.
04/05/2025 17:20 — Anonymous
But it also doesn't show whether it was an admin or a mod who removed it. In other words, any mediocre moderator could remove a comment while doing their third-grade homework.
04/05/2025 17:24 — NotAnAnonNow
And your point is? Any mod or the admin can look at their control panel and see who changed it. That is really none of our business.
04/05/2025 17:36 — Anonymous
If you are unable to understand my point, anonymous admin, that only confirms that you should go back to your third-grade homework. By the way what do you do with the IPs you log from the users?
04/05/2025 17:43 — NotAnAnonNow
You would have to ask the admin that even though I doubt he would answer. I highly doubt he is passing them out to other people.

Look, if you don't like how he runs his board go somewhere else or start your own.
04/05/2025 17:58 — Anonymous
Humm, trying to be another person Admin?
Or you are trying to avoid the question? Not very nice to the users? But in any case i will repeat myself. What do you do with the log of IPs from the users? Maybe they are going to the FBI?
04/05/2025 18:20 — Anonymous
and thanks for confirming the "I highly doubt he is passing them out to other people." for the question about the ADMIN collecting USERS IPs.
04/05/2025 18:36 — Anonymous
You must be one very paranoid person. Just remember your IP addy is tracked everywhere you go. Smart people use a VPN or other means of covering their tracks if they are worried. How do you ever go anywhere with that much paranoia?
04/05/2025 18:43 — Anonymous
LOL, If you knew what VPN companies do with your IP, you wouldn't say what you're saying. They are the first to give your IP to the authorities when they ask, and not even a judicial order is needed. Feel free to be escorted in handcuffs by the police while calling users paranoid.
04/05/2025 19:16 — Anonymous
So? What is admin doing with the ips?
04/05/2025 19:29 — Anonymous
If you're that concerned about your IP get off the internet. Also get rid of your cell phone since that tracks your movements. New cars track your movements also.
04/05/2025 19:36 — Anonymous
Nice try changing the point of the question, but the issue isn't the IP on the internet, it's what the admin is doing with the IP when the user clicks9kbxo on a torrent link.
04/05/2025 19:40 — Anonymous
This seems very suspicious. The question is justified, but no admin or moderator is answering, in fact it seams that the awnsers are just to divised the user attention to dismiss the original question.
04/05/2025 19:59 — Anonymous
I wonder why they are not responding anymore. Ignoring the question will not make it go away.
04/05/2025 20:00 — Anonymous
Does the FAQ answer your question:

"Are there any ads/tracking?
There are no ads or tracking (beyond typical web-server logging) employed at Anime Tosho. There should be no requests made to any non-AT controlled server on pages here. This is a zero revenue service, so your details aren't being sold to anyone else. Web server logs are retained for 3-4 days.
Note that this may not be the case for external sites that are linked to, which Anime Tosho ultimately has no control over."
04/05/2025 20:08 — Anonymous
> what the admin is doing with the IP when the user clicks9kbxo on a torrent link.

Nothing, downloading a torrent itself is not illegal. Now loading it and running it in your client is another story.
The admin puts himself at risk when running the torrent to get the files for the DDL here. Why would he put himself at risk reporting ip addys?
04/05/2025 20:12 — Anonymous
No, it is worse."There are no ads or tracking" is a lie.
- If there is no tracking, how do you keep track of how many comments a user posts? Also, why would logs retain information for 3-4 days if there is no tracking?

The fact that this is a lie and descives user to a false sense of security. How can anyone belive this?
04/05/2025 20:15 — Anonymous
Sophistry: downloading torrents is not illegal, but the content may be.

I do not want to be escorted in handcuffs in the middle of the night just because I clicked on a torrent link on the site.
04/05/2025 20:16 — Anonymous
> I wonder why they are not responding anymore. Ignoring the question will not make it go away.

I haven't see them respond today. The admin always responds as Admin. The mods never seem to respond and leave it to the admin.
04/05/2025 20:19 — Anonymous
- Why would he put himself at risk reporting ip addys?
- To make a deal and save his own ass, or do you think he cares for you?
04/05/2025 20:21 — Anonymous
> I do not want to be escorted in handcuffs in the middle of the night just because I clicked on a torrent link on the site.

Time to take your paranoid self somewhere else where you will feel "safer"
04/05/2025 20:24 — Anonymous
Why are you guys yapping here and not in feedback?
04/05/2025 20:26 — Anonymous
es, just like my neighbor last week, with the police cars flashing their lights while knocking on his door and his mother trying to understand what torrents are... but feel free to call it paranoia.
04/05/2025 20:28 — Anonymous
I also would like to know the thrut, so i will be following his comment. He makes a good point.
04/05/2025 20:39 — NotAnAnonNow
There are companies take get paid collecting IP Addys for certain clients hash tags being downloaded to a client. It has nothing to do with where you got the torrent from but actually using it to grab the files.
In the country I live in they send a notice to your ISP and the ISP sends you a naughty boy notice. They don't come to you door like jack-booted thugs and arrest you. If you get too many notices the next step would be a notice sending you to court.
I have been here for almost the entire time this site has existed and torrented thousands of files without a single notice.
04/05/2025 20:42 — Anonymous
I see, so we should trust in what you say? Nice try FBI.
04/05/2025 20:45 *NotAnAnonNow
Like the other anon said take you paranoia and go somewhere else. Basically nobody who has been here for years is worried about the admin.

Edit: Why should we trust what you say?
04/05/2025 20:47 — Anonymous
In my country, you get arrested for posting memes on facebook.
04/05/2025 20:49 — NotAnAnonNow
> In my country, you get arrested for posting memes on facebook.

Sounds like the UK. If things are that bad in your country then you shouldn't be pirating.
04/05/2025 20:52 — Anonymous
I wonder...

Why are IPs being collected if the FAQ says they aren't tracking?
Why do admins and moderators use anonymous accounts to reply to users and delete comments?
Why are people labeled as paranoid when they are concerned about their privacy?
04/05/2025 21:00 — Anonymous
> NotAnAnonNow  "If things are that bad in your country then you shouldn't be pirating."

Are you saying this is a pirating site? If so, is this site illegally sharing copyrighted content, and can users get arrested for downloading content from here?
04/05/2025 21:03 — NotAnAnonNow
I wonder...

Why are IPs being collected if the FAQ says they aren't tracking?
* IP is only collected when you post, not when you are browsing.
Why do admins and moderators use anonymous accounts to reply to users and delete comments?
* You have shown no proof showing they do, it's all in your head.
Why are people labeled as paranoid when they are concerned about their privacy?
* Because you are. You keep beating a dead horse because the admin hasn't replied to you right away. He's not here 24/7 because he has a life like the rest of us do.
04/05/2025 21:06 *NotAnAnonNow
>  Are you saying this is a pirating site?

Now you are just being silly.
04/05/2025 21:14 — Anonymous
What the FAQ rules say and the collected IPs do not match, which is contradictory. However, you now insist that the IPs are only for the posts, and further on, you will probably say they are only for site performance, and so on...
04/05/2025 21:20 — Anonymous
I don't think he is being silly, what i think is that you are unable to respond his question. You called him paranoid, and keept trying to assure that nothing is illegal here. Why do you not respond him?
04/05/2025 21:29 — Anonymous
Moderators are payed to awnser like this. He will never say what is really going on, he is just like an assistence or office boy, he will do the best he can, beside the size of his knowledge, that is why he will never be able to awnser you. Basically, they are morons with a God complex.
04/05/2025 21:30 — Anonymous
keept trying to assure that nothing is illegal here.

NotAnAnonNow did not say nothing is illegal here, he said downloading a .dot torrent file is legal until you actually use it. This is a pirate site and everyone who is a regular and even some noobs know that. If you are so worried about the torrent then stick to the DDL unless you are worried about that too and if you are go somewhere else.....
04/05/2025 21:32 — Anonymous
and who are you? Did "NotAnAnonNow" shift eneded and another moderator take his place?
04/05/2025 21:39 — Anonymous
I thought you said the mods and admin posted as Anonymous. Are you saying because someone has a registered name they are a mod? Get real.
04/05/2025 21:49 — Anonymous
Yes, the shift has changed, and we have a new moderator.
So, new anonymous moderator, why are you really collecting people's IPs? Maybe you can tell us the truth for once, or are you just going to deny it like the FAQ says?

Is this real enough for you?
04/05/2025 21:54 — Anonymous
Is cute to see fanboi defending the site. HAhahahaha.
05/05/2025 00:55 *admin
I thought it was fairly obvious that if you post a comment, register an account etc, it has to be recorded somewhere for it to work, but I can see that the FAQ answer could confuse someone, so I've updated it accordingly. Hopefully this makes it clearer.

By the way what do you do with the IPs you log from the users?
Nothing if you don't annoy me.
Of course, you have to trust my word on that. But you also don't have to be here - if you don't come, I can't log your IP.

I wonder why they are not responding anymore. Ignoring the question will not make it go away.
Hopefully you can see that I'm not ignoring your questions, I'm just not sitting here all day anticipating them.
I'm sorry, but you'll need to have some patience at times.

Why are IPs being collected if the FAQ says they aren't tracking?
The FAQ did (and does) say that they are tracked in the form of web-server logging.
FYI this is likely the case for 99.9% of websites out there.

Why do admins and moderators use anonymous accounts to reply to users and delete comments?
There's no "anonymous accounts" here. Anyone (including admins/mods, excluding some bans) can post anonymously. Removing comments cannot be done without moderator privileges.
As for why one would want to post anonymously, well, you're doing it, so why do you?

Why are people labeled as paranoid when they are concerned about their privacy?
This is my opinion, but I don't think it's labeling one as being 'paranoid', rather, 'out of touch'.
To me, a truly privacy conscious individual would likely not want to draw attention to themselves by making a fuss. You, on the other hand, seem to be using privacy concerns as a crutch to justify being a nuisance.
05/05/2025 01:49 — Anonymous
If you don't like it here, so get lost! ;)
05/05/2025 04:45 — Anonymous
So, you choose to blackmail users if they annoy you? "Nothing if you don't annoy me."

Whell i am so scared of what admin will do with my IP... It is just ridiculous
05/05/2025 04:51 — Anonymous
> Nothing if you don't annoy me."
Whell i am so scared of what admin will do with my IP.

At most probably IP ban you.
05/05/2025 06:20 — Anonymous
Admin you are worse than me replying to that 'out of touch'. I have enough sense to usually ignore him but yeah he has drawn me in a few times lol.
05/05/2025 13:44 — Anonymous
Okay, just to be clear, what can an admin do with the IP addresses?

1- He can go to the police station and say, 'I run a site that facilitates the download of
copyright material and there is this anoyning user that i need to be investigated.

2- He can wait until the site gets raided by the police and then try to make a deal to save his ass.

3- Someone mentioned banning users from the site, but that would require more coding. Since IP addresses change over time due to ISPs, the admin would have to set a whole range of IPs to be banned.

Aside from these two options, I can see many more actions he could take, assuming that the user is using their real IP address and is in the same country as the admin.
Otherwise, there will be all the geographical and legal frontiers to deal with in other countries.

It is easier for the admin to simply ignore the petty comments rather than engage in threats against users.
If too many users start reporting the site, then real problems will arise for the admin and that is the most conserning issue.

Depends on the vpn. Learn to research before stating a general truth for some as fact for all vpns. For instance I use Bitdefender Total Security for firewalls and viruses but no way in hell would I use their vpns if I wanted to hide my activities. There are a couple sites I trust for info on vpns. Most I dont but the main site I trust for this info is Torrentfreak. That said dont put all your eggs in one basket. Information always changes so best to get the info from more than one site regarding vpns.
Read this and best to bookmark this site.

05/05/2025 06:30 — Anonymous
As far as people worrying about ip logging then you are either paranoid with major issues or you might want to do some research on the subject. For the majority of the population 100% of the websites people visit in their lifetime ip log. The few that don't are either some of the vpn services that actually don't ip log or websites with something they want to hide legally. If you are worried about this then you should never visit another website ever again. NOT ANY WEBSITE. The main reason ip logging started and is still the main reason its in place is for security reasons. Many of the big reputable business websites actually do unreputable shit and sell all the private info about you that they can legally for money. Some even sell info they cant legally because they usually get away with it anyway and its more money they pocket. This leads to you getting spam mail, spam texts, spam calls, targeted ads, thieves contacting you etc.
As far as the security reasons its for websites to protect themselves in case authorities visit the site whether they are invited or invited and start requesting info. For example if someone says some terrorist shit or anything else. If it ends up as something serious and there aren't any ip logs the authorities can cause major problems (sometimes civil and legal for the website owners). As far as if you are worried about what the admin is doing with your ip logs don't visit the site anymore. For the record I highly doubt he is doing anything with them. Put it this way. the man has refused donations hundreds of times. He has also refused to have targeted ads here ever. If the man wanted revenue from us he would start with those options first. Could he be selling your ips? Sure. I doubt it but yes its possible but that is possible for 100% of the sites you will ever visit in your life so again if you are paranoid about get off the internet forever and it wont be a problem anymore. Otherwise chill out and maybe take some meds.
If you are insanely worried about ip logging and wont quit the net maybe you should start using TOR and the deep web only as well as learn to spoof your own ips.
05/05/2025 06:33 — Anonymous
meant whether they are 'invited or ''uninvited'''
05/05/2025 14:16 — Anonymous

Here is what i see, admin and minions posting a bunch of "ifs and thats" "how the internet works", "If you dont like leave" , "take a pill, you are crazy or paranoid", etc... Why not ignore the comments or why not just delete the comment? Comment session is more like a kindergarden...
06/05/2025 04:32 — Anonymous
You never cease to amaze me with your extremely low intelligence. You call out everyone completely unprovoked constantly then whine like a child if the admin deletes your posts and you stupidly think its violating your freedom of speech. I joined here like 2 weeks after the admin created this site and you are the only one I can recall that constantly runs his mouth to the admin. I wish the admin would stop alloying anonymous posts so everyone could see how much of a problem you are.  You are so out there you cant even comprehend that people who act the way you do are reasons websites like this get shut down. Ive seen it happen before. Admins and moderators get tired of people who start shit with them for no reason and they close the website permanently. Not saying the admin will do that here but damn he is the one person you should leave alone unless your goal is to try to fuck things up for the rest of us.
Have you ever heard of a website cookie?????? Most websites require use of cookies. You might want to read up on them. COOKIES CONTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOU!!! You have more to worry about department store websites, Google search, your cellphone company, housing utilities and even your bank than you do with this website. HEADLINE NEWS THEY ALL COLLECT DATA ABOUT YOU AND ACTUALLY SELL IT. Cellphone companies have been sued and even fined multiple times for selling customer information. That hasn't stopped them. they still do it. Do you have a cellphone? If so your personal information is being sold. The same applies with pretty much all social media apps. Facebook has been sued multiple times for selling customer information They all even have it in the fine print that they collect your data and sell it to their partners if you visit and join their websites . Do you know what that means? Basically it means if you visit any website they can collect data about you if they choose to and they can do it legally which means your ip. What they choose to do with it may or may not be legal but unless you catch them nothing is done about it and even if they are caught they will just get fined and will keep doing it anyway because the money they make selling your information is a lot more than any possible fine. Whats even more stupid is your ip is just your fucking location meaning your general home address location and nothing more. By itself its not a big deal unless someone is intent on using it to do a deep-dive and look for who you actually are. Yet you are acting like the ip has your social security number, birth certificate, and state id. Its just a fucking ip. Yes it could lead to more but only if someone actually gives a shit about you which I'm certain no one cares who you are. No way with your level o intelligence you have any money. You either have no credit or bad credit. You probably work at fast food, or a store stocker, or janitorial job. No one is going to bother with finding out who you are with your ip other than maybe because someone wants to point out who you actually are to every on social media because how shitty you are. I'm certain the admin has better things to do than worry about a morons identity.  If you don't like it then your choice is to not visit this website. then you have nothing to worry about here. Crying about this website out of the blue is pure stupidity. Also your comment about ifs show even more how low your intelligence is. Its not an if that websites generally collect information about you its a fact that almost all websites collect information about you. 99.999999% of all websites and apps on the entire internet collect some  data about you. Not every website actually does anything about your information though. Worrying about this website is should be the last website you should worry about. Doubt anything Ive said? Well try to run your browser permanently on incognito or use a web browser like Brave or Maxithon or Vivladi and block all cookies not just required cookies. See what happens. Most of those websites you actually trust which ere the ones you shouldn't trust wont allow you to do much of anything if not block you from using the site completely.

At least what I said will teach people something all the whiners do is cry without knowing a damn thing. Typical spoonfed childlike behavior. What I posted was long but if the morons whining like 2 year olds actually read what i stated you would actually learn something. Yet all you do is cry about non favtual stupidity. You guys that are bitching ckick yes to agree to everything and never read any of it then bitch about it. Its pathetic.
Fact is its more complicated than being able to give you an answer you will understand in one sentence. Sure I couldve made it a lottle shorter but when you whine like children and insult others you shouldnt expect a response without opinions in a reply. The admin is his own person no one here are his minions. We dont know the man. If what you were bitching about was legitimize Id be on your side not his but when you cause problems out of pure stupidity all because you refuse to even try to learn anytging and bitch about nonfactual shit no one that has a clue would side with your moronic tantrums. If you dont want to read what I posted in that wall of text cool. Its your loss and you have a right to remain stupid. Almost all major companies sell your info and you have no choice but to agree to it to use their services. Even my smart tv agreements say the same shit just to use LG services for my oled. Ever read what you are agreeing to just to play a game console?

Yeah, not reading that. Congratulations or I'm sorry that happened to you.

ai will read it for us. Chat GPT, Condense into less than 30 words and make it make sense:
You're paranoid, rude, and clueless. Nearly all websites collect data—this one is no different. Stop picking fights, learn what cookies are, and quit blaming others for your ignorance.

And another thing, I am not your 'bro.' If you want respect, it would be nice to give it first, or wait, if I mention the country name, the post be removed as well? maybe, geographic locations are not allowed as well? Pathetic, bro.

it's obvious you're talking politics.

Whatever you say "bro"... Haha, it's ridiculous to talk like the "mericans". Oh man, this comment is going to be removed because I mentioned their nationality.

Oh man, this comment is going to be removed because I mentioned their nationality.
No, it would get removed because you're insulting a group of people. Nationality has nothing to do with it.

As you say yourself, show respect to others, as well as other groups of people. This also includes respect for opinions that differ from your own.

Does it matter if enrty got deleted or not why animetosho delete torrents
04/05/2025 16:31 — Anonymous
AT acts as a mirror site.  When TT or Nyaa deletes something, AT updates and deletes.

Too bad they can't delete this comment section.

File deleted for ban evasion. Best to follow their example here now that it has turned into blah blah blah central.

Hey admin, He is the owner of these files/videos, protested tokyotosho deleting his files. Then attacked a group and country. So I suggest if there is a report about animoslashtv immediately banned from animetosho. He always defends animoslashtv but I assume he owns the content. There's no way bad content defended unless it's the owner.

Thanks for the info, though I prefer not to make assumptions.
Content moderation is mostly deferred to upstream sites - please report such issues there. AT is primarily a mirror so will replicate the upstream site.

Anime providers must be based on sharing, if the uploader provides official subtitles like CR, without watermark (videos inside without asking to visit the site.) and softbubed. Everyone will not be like this.

  • Anime Tosho provides a mirror of torrents and is not the source. Please understand that uploaders/submitters may not read comments here, so you should check the Source Links section near the top of this page if you wish to contact them
  • Expired links do NOT get reuploaded as files are deleted after we process them

Our squiggly text game where the aim is to copy the image into the textbox. All characters are upper case, and there are no zeros (0) and ones (1) in the above image. Apparently bots aren't as good as humans at this game.
