There are several other versions, but none are still available here at this time. You're about 1 year too late.

You can either watch for other re-encode releases like this one, or visit the fan-sub sites that worked on this show and see if they have any information. They included:

Commie
Hatsuyuki

If you're looking for mini-mkv versions (60MB - 100MB per episode), you could try requesting it from a re-encode shop like DeadFish.

i know, but i've already downloaded tlacatlc version, all 24 episodes
so, i'm just looking for the ass/ssa subtitle file cuz my download speed is not that fast

No ass/ssa files for this by themselves have passed thru Nyaa, as far as I can see, so you'll have to look/ask for them at the fan-subs.

The problem is that all the BD releases I see on Nyaa are tlacatlc subs based.  Broadcast versions will have different timings.

(One of the others said he made some modifications of the tlacatic and offers them to whoever.  I think it mostly adds honorifics, which would probably make it even more different than viz.  Search Nyaa for "Nurarihyon no Mago" and you'll see what's out there.)

What you probably need is for someone to create a new BD offering using the R1 or a different fansub's subtitles.   Or get a broadcast version of the series.  But I don't know that this is so popular a title that anyone else is working on a BD release.

First and probably what I’ve had asked the most (or bitched at the most about), is Nura. I’m in the process of downloading the first BD box (4 volumes). That’s right, we’re doing the BDs and there will finally be a batch of the first season. I can’t give any kind of time frame for this though, but we’ll get them done.

It sounds hopeful, until you note the date of this "latest" update, some 16 months ago. tlacatic versions are all there are likely to ever be, until/unless there is an R1 BD release.
