It's small in size and I haven't downloaded it myself (I had downloaded this anime before encountering this encode), but it's encoded by one of the best HEVC encoders in the world. so it shouldn't be that low in quality.

Good quality. Sound seemed a little quiet but you could filter it through ffmpeg's dynaudnorm and volume filters if needed. Thanks to the OP for posting.
