Probably, but I'm trying to figure out why these new 4 eps are each about twice the size of the previous 12 episodes (2.99GB average for each of these, 1.59GB average for eps 1 - 12).

Could someone who has watched the series comment on some big upswing in action scenes or desert dust or something after eps 1 - 12, or is this likely to turn out to be some sort of FLAC loop bloat that needs correcting?

If no one knows and no correction shows up on Nyaa...

Update:

I checked the Commie and Tsuki broadcast versions and there is no surge in file size for these episodes.  So I believe either AnimeNOW made a goof on this release or he is suddenly changing his encode parameters to the extent that he would need to redo all the previous eps (unlikely, since he was already using crf 15 -way low).  

I'm going to wait a while for a correction.

"This was encoded over 4 months ago and was mostly released so people stop asking for it, but the settings aren't /too/ bad from what I will be doing. Even with good ol' (e.g.) crf=13 the filesize wouldn't become this big. The only reason it is this big is because there is grain every frame and a lot of rain/snow and action."
