Join parts 1 and 2 with hsplit. Name the file as the original file. Download the torrent file. Have the BT client to check and file and download the rest of the file with bittorrent.

It's a strange error, with a link on site that leads no where. It also says there were 5 downloads, so it worked for a while, so it's not that it hasn't come yet. It has come and gone. Unless admin intervenes, you'll probably need to get the program through other links or Yogicat's torrental advice. Whether hardware failure, accident or power surge, it went Btooom! (Yes, I had to say that. Sorry.)

I think it's broken like that for everyone.
Unfortunately, it's difficult to really do anything to fix an external stuff up from here.

If you don't want to resume from torrent, and don't want to redownload the whole file from another service, you may be able to salvage things if your downloader supports a 'resume broken download' function. To use it, you would join parts 1 and 2, import it into your downloader and give it the URL to the complete file, and resume the broken download.
