Let's face it. The ratings are pretty much mediocre. Guess it turned out as expected. Much CGI, a somewhat cramped version, tough faithfull to the game ppl do complain its not exactly what they did play. Its certainly nice for fans of the game and also those that arent but that's pretty much about it. Wont be a flop but no true hit either. And since there is yet no information about when a dub will pop up (which I do believe will happen), it will probably be like most others.
So if the question was if its worth the wait, no one can say but you as on how much you wish to watch it.

Dub was already confirmed... just no date yet. It will likely be within the next 1-3 weeks though.

Oh I did miss that post, isnt that a bit misleading? So 1 !/2 Weeks already over still no news on even the cast while most from winter lineup already set. Yes, it is on the DUB Lineup, check https://www.crunchyroll.com/de/anime-n...ime-lineup (and click Dub below Nier), but again outside of fans its not as anticipated. And there is the question about 9S's voice, check out (1M old): https://www.reddit.com/r/nier/comments...a_fuck_up/ and https://fictionhorizon.com/nier-automa...ease-date/ . So yes, I do believe it will come nonetheless as advised and probably in between the winter season, but it was quite clear it wouldn't be that near.

NieR Automata got delayed after episode 3 in Japan due to covid. It's assumed the announced dub will be delayed until the show starts back up as they'll likely re-air the first 3 episodes before continuing as well.

So there is a spanish, a portiguse even a german dub but yet no announcement of even the cast to be clear for a english dub, while that is what most fans anticipate.
